Golden blond with 6% alc., malty, with a fine bitterness and a long aftertaste. The scent is complex, developing a fruity-hop intense fragrance.

Tap. Malty aroma, yeasty and hoppy notes, light citrus fruit, lemongrass, light spicy and biscuit notes. Tastes the same as aroma, light sour and bitter. Medium body, malty and yeasty bitter finish. Ok.

Bottle and draft upon debut. Pours a light maize-golden with a small but fairly firm, white head. Nose is both malty and hoppy with light and medium malts yielding honey, biscuit and cracker, seemingly well-attenuated, as herbal hops balance and add brightness. Not too citrusy, with pear, apple and other light fruit esters collecting on the finish. A hint of plastic, somehow endearing, caresses the very end and there is no alcohol or flaw. In the mouth it shows great minerality with fresh, zesty, herbal hops and well-attenuated, but not husky malts. Tight carbonation and a fairly supple texture yield a bright, crisp, refreshing finish full of mild, well-lagered Sacch yeast esters that complement the fruity, herbal hops nicely. Pepper and more mineral keep it dry and crisp and linger on nicely. With warming and breathing, more honey and yellow fruit character emerges, but the perceived bitterness increases as well, matching it.
