Can, #922, three weeks after canning. Pours clear dark brown, with a big creamy beige head. Aroma is roasted malts with syrupy bread, dark chocolate and leather, as well as earthy hops. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is slightly burned malty notes with bread, coffee and muscovado, as well as earthy minerals. Dry finish.
