Rolling Through Outer Space is a oat forward IPA brewed with Blue Ox Malthouse floormalted pale and oat malts, and Aurora Mills & Farm flaked oats alongside Anchovy, Strata®, and Mosaic Cryo® hops. Sweet notes of tropical fruit, berries, and watermelon backed by dank citrus and resinous pine.

Very fruity with round grapefruit, mild pine and papaya all softened by the oat and fruity yeast. Lingering pineapple-lychee with the floral character of those helping balance the sweet notes somewhat.
Pineapple, mineral, earth and rustic grain with rich base malt and rich, chewy oat. Very fruity with pine and grapefruit, as well. A healthy bitterness but it's also very, very malty, so it only just balances. Kind of like a hazy, malty WC. Could use a bit more attenuation, imo, but it's very rich, flavorful and satisfying without being overdone in any aspect. A sipping IPA, if you will.
