Poured at Shelton Festival, cloudy orange with medium frothy white head. The aroma is yeast and wheat. Medium body yeast, pepper, wheat, light dry finish, good.

On tap at Brewberry Bar Paris. Hazy gold orange amber colour thin white head. Smoke aroma. Smoke cheese. Smoke and some peach in the mouth. Love the smoke. Just so well integrated. Some bitterness on the finish. Pretty good.

Tap at the brewpub. Murky dark golden with small white head. Some peach, dried fruits, soft smoke, cake dough, light grassy finish. It’s more fruity than smoked actually, which I personally prefer. Under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.
