Bottle. Pours a deep ruby with a little bit of a brown tint to it with a lot of fizzy head that dies very quickly to just a couple spots of bubbles on the surface. Aromas are kind of odd... a mixture of autumn leaves, a bit of sour and some pit fruit. It’s not a robust fruitiness or sourness to the nose, but the first sip has me convinced... this is a winner! There is an almost coconut aroma and flavor right as it hits the palate (oak?) with a nice tart cherry flavor that takes over and leads it home. For the ABV, it is amazingly flavorful, and the lively carbonation makes it seem almost like a soda or something. I think a bit more cherry and a tad less coconut would make this beer about as close to perfect as you can get. As is, it’s an instant favorite.
