An intensly malted, boldly hopped and complex Belgian Strong Ale showing an array of apricot, pear, orange marmalade & spice in the nose and on the palate; hopped extensively with Ahtanum, Palisade, Glacier & Crystal, fermented with a blend of Belgian yeasts, matured for 6 weeks, then lightly dry-hopped with Jaryllo hops; brewed in collaboration with Bart Cypers of Brouwerigj Het Nest (Turnhout, Belgium).

Draft at the source. Clear golden color, massive white head. Nice herbal, floral aroma. Taste is spiced soda bread. Tasty.

Very nicely done. Should have saved this for later in the night. Pours amber with good head and lacing. Florals and some citrus. Light sweet finish. Soft carbonation. Tap at brewpub.

4 oz draft pour at Bluejacket. Hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of stone fruit and floral notes. Tastes of floral notes, citrus, stone fruit, herbs and spices. Medium body with a dry finish.

4oz draft pour at the brewery. Poured a cloudy yellow-orange color with a small white head. Aroma was some light tropical fruit notes some funky yeast notes, light spices. Flavor was light spices, tropical fruits. Creamy mouthfeel.

4oz pour on cask at Bluejacket. Pours a very murky orange with some slim, white head. Nose is interesting, some tropical fruit, shishito pepper, grassy, vegetal. Flavor has a lot of green bell pepper and shishito pepper, coriander, some lemon grass, some straw and green grass too. Prickly finish. Cask might have hurt this.
