Hazy pale orange. Sticky head. Lots of spice and table sugar with orange on the nose. Spicy clove and honey with pepper. Lots of bread yeast.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 6/1/14
Aroma: The aroma has lots of grass and hay, with some spicy yeast, herbal, and earthy notes
Appearance: A bright gold color with a somewhat fizzy froth of white head and drippy lace
Flavor: The flavor is lightly sweet, grassy, a little funky, and finishes with a good amount of spice
Palate: This one has a fairly fizzy carbonation, a crisp, refreshing feel, and a dry finish
Overall Impression: I found this to be a pretty enjoyable take of the style. The nose is more grassy, and the flavor more spicy, but both worked pretty nicely. The carbonation may be a bit too high for it to be completely drinkable, but overall, I really enjoyed it.

Pours gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Candi, marshmallow, yeast and hay aromas. Crisp with sweet yeast and hay upfront turning dry in the lasting earthy lemon and pepper finish.

22 oz. bottle from local Market Basket. Pale, hazy gold color with large fast vanishing white head that falls to a small ring around the tulip glass. Aroma is spot on for the style. Lights spicy Belgian yeast, hay and citrus.
Flavor follows the nose. Yeast is upfront with a lightly spiced attitude. Pepper and citrus in a pale grain malty body. Lively carbonation gives a vibrant mouthfeel. Bitterness is low with a more spicy character rather then hops. This leads to a slightly dry texture on the tongue. Overall a very nicely constructed brew that is highly drinkable. Above average in my opinion. Pleasing drinking experience, nice rustic French farmhouse notes.
