Although we’ve been lucky enough to be a brewery blessed to gain access to the newest and most hype-forward hops in our industry today, we would probably all agree here at the brewery that we’ve underutilised the resources at our disposal from how relentlessly busy we’ve always been in this sleepy corner of North Wales.

With a reconfigured mindset and a focus on regaining the hype credentials that brought us to the dance in the first place, we’re tackling 2026 head on, and Smooth Silver is just the beginning of what we plan to do in our eighth year.

Featuring the freshest crop of cornerstone hop Citra to lay the foundations, we’ve brought NZ titan Nelson Sauvin alongside the cryohop version of in-house favourite Talus to create an ultra fresh, hop-forward IPA absolutely bursting with tropical juicy notes.
