Some friendships are measured in years; ours is measured in shared brews. For this reunion with our dear friends at Amager (pronounced "Amar" just like this beer) we have created Amargeddon. This 12% imperial stout is a tribute to our shared history, brewed with Norwegian forest honey and tucked away for 14 months in aquavit barrels.

Solid smooth brew. Dangerously easy drinkable.
Balanced and a fine complexity
Dark malt, some oak, chocolate and some coffee

On tap at Skur 4. Looking nice, black with a small dark beige head. Quite distinct aquavit aroma and flavor, some booze, and a good dash of licorice, roasted malts and burnt hints. Warming and kind of edgy, but still smooth. Delicious. 858516
