Slight pepper aroma. Taste starts sweet and finished with a lingering not pepper burn.

6oz pour at the cidery. Pale straw gold color. Smell is of apples & not much else pointing to any danger. Chili heat is immediate; no delay. Chili pizza flake flavor, with a backdrop of cool, crisp apple sweetness. Really unexpected combo/contrast. Drank the pour without a problem. Not crazy hot, but seriously envokes a need for a couple slices of Sicilian in me.

Keg at the cidery. Pours a hazy pale yellow. Aroma of cheesey notes, apples and a peppery finish. The taste is strong chipotle, sweet apples, mild vanilla. Medium bodied, strong lingering heat. Well balanced.

Draft at the source. Cloudy opaque very pale yellow color. Aroma of light spice. Taste is herbal, tary, dry.
