A lush and jammy imperial Baltic porter brewed with a mountain of raspberries.
Taste
You won't have to hunt for the raspberries in this beer - they leap straight onto the palate with the very first sip. Their vibrant, jammy character is perfectly offset by the chocolatey sweetness and the toasted aftertaste of the darker malts, creating a harmonious and well-rounded flavour profile.
Nose
Vivid, nostalgic notes of raspberries evoke memories of summer jam-making at grandma's, complemented by the tempting aromas of a freshly baked chocolate cake wafting from the distance.
Appearance
A chocolate-toned beer with a reddish hue, topped with a tan head.
Additions
Raspberries
Hops
Magnum
Malts
Pilsner, Munich light, Caramel 150, Special B, Carafa special T-3, Chocolate

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 30 Apr 2026) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, fruity, roasty nose with notes of chocolate, raspberries, coffee and liquorice. Malty, roasted taste with chocolate, raspberries, coffee, liquorice and a gentle roasty bitterness. Mild berry acidity coming through. A bit boozy, but rich and tasty. Very nice.

Almost black. Aroma is heavy chocolate cream vanilla cocoa and a hint of berries. Taste is raspberry but not overly sour dense cocoa with lots of chocolate sweetness and heavy boozy bitterness with a hint of raisin. Pretty dense and heavy with little carbonation. Long cocoa finish. Great and complex.

Bottle shared with SVD. Raspberries shine through and compliment the porter nicely.

Very dark brown but not black. Thin, tan head. Big raspberry, chocolate, coffee malts, sweet fruits, booze. Full bodied. Finish is full of raspberry with some dark malt sweetness and a bit of tartness. I really dig this one. It’s very raspberry forward and that should be expected. It’s not JUST raspberry, though. Plenty of other notes to keep this one stout focused and fun.
