To celebrate their 6th anniversary, the Lumberbeard crew blended several Barleywines, all aged in Willett Whiskey barrels for one, two, three, and four years.

Tasting Notes
Expect malt-driven notes of caramel and dark fruit to swirl into bread pudding nuances with subtle orange peel accents. All that time aging should imbue the back end with intricate layers of oaky vanilla and warming whiskey while masterfully hiding the 15.2% ABV.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear brown with a very transient tan head. Aroma of caramel/toffee, bourbon, dark fruits, and more. Arguably full bodied. Very smooth. Not dry. Moderately bitter. Flavor is the aroma plus some citrus and wood. Oak astringency. Vanilla finally appeared. Deadly drinkable.

16 oz can. Aroma is caramel, bourbon, coconut, woody, earthy, wet stone, raisin, molasses, plum, nutty. Pours hazy root beer brown with a quickly collapsing beige head. Taste is mostly sweet with a bitter edge. Flavors of toffee/caramel, and bourbon barrel flavors. A little boozy.
