Location: Draft at the Wicked Weed Funkatorium, 1/2/15
Aroma: The aroma is fruity, lightly funky and quite fresh, with some Belgian yeast
Appearance: It pours a slightly cloudy gold color, with a white head, and really nice lacing
Flavor: It has a fruity and clean flavor, fresh, with spice, and a nice, light funkiness
Palate: It has an average to lively carbonation, with a clean feel, easy drinking overall
Overall Impression: I actually really enjoyed this one. This isn't anything crazy, but it is a well-made, flavorful, and really drinkable beer. Super sessionable. I could drink a bunch of this.

Keg at the Funkatorium. Pours a clear pale golden with a thin fizzy off-white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of caramel malt, dandelion, floral and spicy notes. The taste is spice, dandelion, mustard seed, caramel, bready malt. Medium bodied, lingering spice.

A hazed yellow blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, chalky character, light acidity, lemon, phenolics, light sulfur, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light mineral notes, peaches, pepper, chalky character, nice. On tap at brewery.

Draft at the source. Cloudy pale yellow color, bright white edge head. Aroma of dusty summer fruit, white pepper, citrus. Taste is bready and peppery hay and straw. Tasty.
