T: sweetish pear, bitter grapefruit, herbs, lemongrass, peanut.
F: bitter resinous hops, pine, hashish, grapefruit, touch of gin-like alcohol.

Agreeable complexity of herbal, floral and juicy notes. Totem is always a pleasure!

7/VII/25 - 33cl can, shared @ Italian Holiday, BB: n/a (2025-644)
Clear gold blond beer, big dense creamy off-white head, a little stable, falls down quickly, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely, quite some tropical fruits, lots of citrus, grapefruit, piny, a bit resinous, malty touch, a hint of caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness up front, a bit soapy, floral, grassy, some herbal notes, a bit sourish, grapefruit juice, slightly sweet, caramel malts. Aftertaste: fruity, juicy, tropical fruits, a bit cheesy, a little dank, good bitterness, more sweet malts, slightly oxidized, some alcohol in the finish.
