Good balance of apple sweetness and dryness. Solid, middle of the road cider.

6oz pour from the cidery. Stubby water glass on the sampler plate. Pale gold as all the rest. Dry, dusty, white wine, indifferent sort of scent. Soft green grape sweetness, not quite winey though. Dusty, chalky finish reminiscent of most wine yeasts. Just okay.

Keg at the cidery. Pours a pale hazy yellow color. Aroma of sweet apple, mild earthy notes. The taste is sweet apples, apple skins, mild vanilla. Medium bodied, refreshing.
