From Good Times Oakland, 2025 edition.
Pours what appears to be pitch black, small tan head of foam after a vigorous pour, good retention and lacing.
Smell is Bourbon, red wine, roasted malt, chocolate, pitted fruit, hint of licorice. Quite inviting.
Taste is roasted malt, Bourbon and Red Wine, dark pitted fruit, leather, and plenty of alcohol, which is very warming.
It feels full bodied with light ish carbonation, I would drink this again. No problem.

Dark brown, the wine and bourbon are both hitting on the nose, depth on vinous character. Good body, juicy and tannic but also a stout, lively, great balance.

Shared with Josh during our trip to Festival of Dark Arts 2026.
Aroma: a nice of red wine and American oak barrels, very balanced mix.
Taste: along the same lines, a lot of red barrel and American oak, toasted wood.
Overall: very good one.
