Enjoyable Vienna lager, a nice melding of biscuit malt and grassy hop notes, with hints of toffee, flowers, and toasted grain on the back end. Uber-soft texture makes the pint disappear quickly. Nothing groundbreaking, but good.

Sample at the taproom. The beer is a clear copper-amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, caramel and fruit. Light-bodied with a caramel malt character and notes of earthy hops and fruit. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Keg at the brewery. Clear copper with a medium sized creamy off-white head. Decent head retention. Weak aroma of caramel and nuts. The taste is caramel, stone fruits, bitter hops and a nutty finish. Thin bodied, mild lingering bitterness.

A reddish copper Vienna with a thin mocha head. In aroma, nice sweet nutty caramel malt with light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, malty beast. On tap at brewery.

Draft at the source, Asheville pub crawl with Jim. Clear amber color, tan head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of caramel biscuit. Lots of those here. Taste is similar. Decent.
