For this IPA we kept the malt complexity to a minimum. It’s all about hops here. We dry hopped this beer with almost twice the normal amount of hops utilizing a combo of juicy, tropical-forward hops with resinous American hops to create a super complex IPA that begs for sip after sip.

Keg at the downstairs tasting room. Pours a clear pale golden with a thin creamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of resin, floral hops and pale malt. The taste is toasted malt, citrus, floral, tropical hops. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.

A golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, resinous and smooth, classic ipa. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth, light musty character, very nice. On tap at Funkatorium.

Draft at the source, Asheville pub crawl with Jim. Crystal clear pale yellow color, white head with solid lacing. Aroma of light pine. Nice earthy, fruity taste.
