Bottled. Black colour, small beigeish brown head which leaves some lace. Aroma is liquorice, chocolate, mild toffee, toasted notes as well as some mild ashes and ripe fruits. Flavour is chocolate, toffee, mild toasted notes some nutty and raisiny notes.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with small to average, thick, creamy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, beige to tan head. Roasty, slightly smoky, dark malty aroma, notes of leather, peat, disguised hints of dark chocolate, mocha, a touch of chipotle. Taste is minimally dry, roasty, slightly smoky, dark malty, spicy, notes of dark chocolate, mocha, some peat, a cautious touch of chipotle, subtle sweetness, a touch of honey, plum butter; minimally warming finish.

Pitch black pour with a short-lived thin espresso head. Notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, roasted malts, dark fruit, bitter cherries, cold brewed coffee, molasses, light hop bitterness. Bottle@TTBS - Black pour with small thin tan head. Sweet and roasted dark malty with some earthy charred burnt malty action, some bitter chocolate, caramel, liquorice, pretty good stuff overall.

RBESG 2016 in Barcelona. On tap at La Mes Petita Cerveseria. Pitch black colour, brown head. Roasty and tarry aroma and flavour, very good.
