This time we’ve used hops from three different countries – Australia, New Zealand and the US. We love how the citrusy lime zest and grapefruit pith from Cascade hops balance perfectly with the red berry and tart gooseberry notes from Enigma and Nelson Sauvin.

Cask at Salt, Sheffield on 6th March 2026. Almost clear pale gold with shallow off-white foam and full lacing. Tangy citrus fruits and a few subtle spices. A grassy kick and a finish of lasting grassy hoppiness. Medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel. Superb.

I feel somewhat forlorn after joining a local series of beers beyond the first release. This second in the series of triple hops is light golden coloured with a fair head. A little watery in texture but fine, giving it a sessionable character over the interestingness of its hop combo for me. The combo does impart some tropical fruitiness though, evident in both aroma and taste though.
