Extra světlý, extra suchý a lehký základ jsme propojili s americkými chmely Simcoe a Cascade z čerstvé sklizně 2025.

Extra pale, extra dry and lean at its core, we paired it with fresh-crop 2025 Simcoe and Cascade. The bitterness is pleasantly direct, while the dry hop brings grapefruit in full spectrum — from juicy flesh to bitter peel — alongside pineapple, mango, pine and resin. West Coast–inspired, but with lower ABV and, as a result, higher drinkability.

Pale golden with a white head. Hoppy pine, lightly candied sweetness, a bit of grassy notes. Medium bodied. Finish has a nice hoppy bite. Straight forward and well made. Clean notes throughout without being too heavy handed. A very nice beer.

Tap at Brūstok 2026 with the Prague tasting crew. Clear pale golden body, lasting ivory head. Floral, herbal hoppy aroma, light berry notes. Resinous, herbal taste, bitterish, lasting finish. Simple but still a good beer!

Thinnish bod, med carbo. Med-high bitter, light candyish sweet. Hops character is med general citrusy exotic fruitiness, light grassy earthy thing, which is a bit weird. Overall works somehow, goodish, not greatish tho.
