473 ml can. Pours almost black with a moderate foamy tan head. Aromas of diacetyl, cocoa and roasted malts. Flavors of chocolate icing and roasted malts with that diacetyl hanging around in the back. Could have been quite nice I think, so marks for trying…

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Dark brown, thick head. Medium body, nice residual sweetness, chocolate, and a bit of cocoa. A touch of nuttiness adds complexity. Modest bitterness. Pretty good - not a style that's easy to make but they went bigger than average and it paid off.
