A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana, apple, light mineral notes, fruity esters, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light orange peel, coriander, light mineral notes, nice and pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Draft. Pours orange white head. Nose/taste of orange peel, lemongrass, citrus, light spice. Dry. Medium body.

Location: Draft at the brewery, 2/23/15

Aroma: It has a Belgian spice and yeast aroma, banana, other spices.
Appearance: Murky orange color with a small off white head and medium lace.
Flavor: A little sweeter than you'd expect up front, mid-spice, lightly dry finish.
Palate: Okay mouthfeel overall, not quite as clean as I would like, lively carbonation.
Overall Impression: Decent Saison overall, but it doesn't get to the flavor profile you want from the best beers in this style.

Draft - light citrus and grassy notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Grassy bitterness and a long finish. Very little fruity esters and sweetness which I like.

Draft at the source. Clear golden color, thick white head. Aroma of very light funk. Taste is malty, very light spice. OK.
