250ml can from Shogun Sake. Golden colour, bubbly white head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of lemony cleaning fluid. Taste is sweet, lemony, flowery herbal, some malt & rice notes, with alittle bitter astringency. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying bitter lemon finish. OK, not a fan.
