Balanced and very easy to drink, this sake from Nagaragawa has subtle ginjo aromas of white flowers and pear with a hint of pineapple. Don't spend too much time swirling and sniffing because what’s in the glass is much more interesting. Expect pear, lemon, nectar, underipe melon, honeysuckle with an orange twist. The finish is clean and reminds you to take another sip of this moreish Junmai Ginjo.
In a previous incarnation this sake was labelled as Nagaragawa Tenkawa and has continuously been one of our biggest sellers. It's easy to see why this in Nagaragawa's top selling sake abroad.
