A crisp and assertively bitter pale ale inspired by modern Belgian beers. Brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malts and a hint of spelt. Oodles of European hops, direct from Locher Hopfen in Germany, give classic aromas of light citrus and cut grass.

Large foamy white head on a cloudy dull pale golden coloured body.
Earthy & citrussy aroma.
Medium to, foamy with a sharp dry back.
Citrus, grassy, chalky & spiced tastes with tart finish.
Clean & fresh - Good stuff.

Can. Pours a mid gold colour with a tight white head, plenty of hops and citrus fruits in the aroma, the taste is medium bitterness with a dry bitter finish.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Giallo paglierino, velata, schiuma bianca abbondante, discretamente persistente.

Lean, dry and clean. Very tame Belgian yeast expression, citrus peel, dried pale biscuits, mild bitter straw, nips of pine needles. Slight minerality. Very drinkable stuff, nicely balanced, not at all overbearing.

Keg at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico. Hazy-opaque gols. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has malts and yeast with light citrus and a dryness to it. Flavourwise it's more interesting than the aroma hinted it would be. Medium bitter with a sour edge. Citrus and vinous. Later develops some chewy sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Pleasent lower ABV Pale.
