Our flagship DOUBLE India Pale Ale. Mashed with local barley from Riverbend Malt House and flaked oats. Fermented with our preferred clean house ipa yeast strain. Hopped extra intensely with a thoughtful blend of simcoe, citra, amarillo and ctz. Fermented completely for a decidedly dry finish and cold conditioned until beautifully brilliant clarity.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Pale gold pour. Frothy white head. Fruity malt aroma hints at citrus and pine. Flavor leans toward bittersweet citrus. Notes of grapefruit and lime zest. West Coast vibes for sure. Finishes with a burst of resiny, piney hops. Tasty.

New-school west coast IPA, with lots of pineapple and papaya and stone fruit on top of the grapefruit zest and pine. Verges on medicinal once the pine and residual sweetness meet in the fade, but still a nice pint. Needs more carbonation.

On tap at Hunah Day. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is pine and citrus. Slick body, juicy, mango, papaya, light bitterness, very nice.

Draft at Duckworths. Pours a mostly clear straw gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Pine, citrus and light toasted malt on the nose. More citrus-orange, lemon and faint grapefruit on the palate as it warms. Resiny, dank...clean overall with a smooth bitterness. Lingering citrus and pine on the finish. Very drinkable for the abv.

Pour is more of a clear straw color with a large white head. Aroma is some southern peaches and a bit of melon. Flavor is melon and honeysuckle with a grainy finish with no bitterness. This was the kind of beer that was going in the right direction but ran out of oomph toward the end. Just a ok hop flavor with the alcohol at least hidden well.
