This Dokan Daiginjo sake is a very fine and balanced version of Junmai Daiginjo. A bold fragrant nose leads to ripe melon & fennel aromas. The palate has a light touch of sweetness and a robust round mouthfeel. Great as an aperitif or with lighter styled dishes.

Bottle at Ante, Newtown. Clear witb pale yellow tint, no head and aroma of rice, fruit, melon. Taste is smooth, rice, fruity, melon, with some watming alcohol. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying warm boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.
