Our first-ever Bière de Noël was aged in brandy barrels and features a carefully selected blend of baking spices. 500ml bottle, 2025 vintage. Toffee aroma with notes of brown sugar, allspice, cardamom, cinnamon, brandy and oak. Pours deep toffee brown-amber colored with a thin tan head that has some retention and ring of lacing. Starts with toffee, brown sugar, allspice and cardamom flavors as well as having a rich, full body and spicy mouthfeel. Finishes smooth and a touch dry with cinnamon, brandy and oak flavors. Excellent winter brew for a cold night.
