La bonté means “the goodness” and is our pursuit as much in our beers as it is in our lives. This tart, farmhouse ale was inundated with 160 pounds of apricots and drinks good and easy.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey for the Wicked Weed DC Debut event. Poured a hazy yellow with an off-white head. Aroma was strong fruit notes, pear - so it smells like anything but pear - with plenty of funky notes. Tart, sweet. Juicy. Tasty.

This may have been mislabeled as a pear beer at Churchkey - I mostly get apricots and some bretta citrus. Hazy golden pour with ok head. Tangy finish. Average carbonation. Ok. Tap.

Location: Draft at the Wicked Weed Funkatorium, 1/2/15, 2015 Rating #110!
Aroma: The aroma is on the fruity side, some funk, and a little bit of brett
Appearance: Pours a clear gold color, with a small white head
Flavor: The flavor is clean, with a lightly sour and slightly funky flavor
Palate: The body is medium, it has a decent feel, and is somewhat dry on the finish
Overall Impression: This one come off as less sour and more funky than most of the other sour offerings from Wicked Weed. I thought it worked really well.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity dry malt with white grapeskins, Brett, nice. In mouth, a nice tart ale with green apples, kiwi, nice and smooth. On tap at Funkatorium.
