Tap at Projekt. Pale clear golden body, greenish, didn't note a head. Lovely fruity aroma. Pungent fruity, distinctly floral aroma, bit citric, some apple meat. Lean, dry taste, bit of apple, bit citric, tart, bit soapy, fermentation traces, minerally. Good body, but not thrilling taste-wise
