Small pink-purple head over deep red-purple beer. End of bottle solid deposit. Fruity, fruitsugars and fruitacids in the nose; vinous, red cherries indeed!. Vinous, and again not unlike red fruit as cherries, with hints of raspberry and pomegranate, if red grapes are most prominent. Barrels for light red wine. Once arriving at the finish/deposit, the flavours become earthy. Ultra dry, some acidthinning, smoelentrekker, acidburn. Very nice vinous fruitlambic.

Good stuff, nicely complex, has a lean sort of acidity, dried grapes, salty cherry, but of salty sweat. Moderate body. Quenching finish. Has a musty quality that subsides with some opening. Really interesting one. Drinks well.
