An easy drinking Belgian-style ale, our Bridge Builder Blonde has a wheat flavored backbone from the malt, tempered with hints of clove, banana and pear. Should come in around 5.9% ABV. The name is an homage to the many immigrants who constructed the unique arched stone bridges all along the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Served on draft at Beer Run. 150th Belgian Ale rating! Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of bready malts, candi sugar, floral hops. The taste is bready malts, spice, tart fruits. Medium bodied.

Growler at RBWG 2013. Pours lightly hazy gold with a fine white foam head. Some modest Belgian yeast in the aroma, ripe citrus, dough. Medium sweet flavor, more doughy malts, yeast, candi sugar. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet, lightly warming finish, touches of dry, doughy malts, bit of cereal and straw. Pretty authentic Belgian ale.
