Pour looks like a hazy IPA very milky blonde body with a small white head. Aroma is honey malt, lemons and a bit of vinegar. Flavor is is apple cider vinegar and with some barnyard must. Finishes with lemon citrus and very dry on the palate. It does not say what yeast was used on the can but there has to be some brett in here. NIce funky saison.

Draft at the Portland Bottling location.Near clear appearance, fast dying head. Mild citrus, good yeast, straw. The brews feel is light yet it has plenty of flavor: citrus peel, easy Belgian yeast, and perhaps herbs. Great effervescent mouthfeel.

Draught at the Portland location, 10/21/16.
Moderately hazy, goldenrod-bronze with a small white head showing moderate retention.
Lemony hops in the nose with lots of citrus rind and a touch of juicy orange/tangerine. Big bursts of pepper phenol and a strong, grainy, wheat-heavy character with only a touch of sweetness from light honey. A hint of funk, not brett or lactic acids, but rather just a touch of sulfur. Bright and very crisp with no alcohol or flaw.
Grainy, very dry body has moderate bitterness with a bit of juicy citrus and honey being the extent of the sweet character. Thankfully there is some wheat softness, though the beer still remains very dry, perhaps too much so. Still, the hops are lovely, divulging no resin or any big bitterness and providing clean, bright citrus notes and grassy, green, woody notes as well. Low but engaging carbonation. Light fruit esters from the Belgian yeast, with a bit of sulfur and lots of peppery phenols.
