Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Friday, Day 1 37.5cl bottle. Pours hazy pale golden/yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma of mild tart pale fruits, melons. taste of mild sour fruits, wood, yoghurt, melons, okay!

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. Small head with short duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, brett, funk, malt, hops and has a nice fruity funky finish.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Unclear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, saison and bretty. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 190816

Deutlicher Brettantrunk. Starke Hefenoten, die Fasslagerung ist erst spät und auch da nur geringfügig erkennbar, eher an der Veränderung der Hefigkeit als an Holznoten. OK. 8/7/7/7/8/7

On tap at NHBF’16. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of Sorachi Ace hops, coconut, vanilla, Brett, citrus, oak, light tartness. Flavour is citrus, some SA bubblegum/oak, light tart, light funky, bitter finish. Light bodied. Very tasty, but a bit too light for the ABV imho.

Sampled from tap at NHB 2016. Clear, pale golden yellow with a white head. Fruity-grassy, slightly funky and a little spicy aroma of fresh grass, grapefruit, lemongrass, ginger and some clove. Slightly bitter, grassy-fruity, moderately funky and slightly spicy taste of ginger, lemongrass, fresh grass and some clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, grassy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!
