Corked bottle. Blonde. Citric, floral bretty notes in the aroma. Soft sour citric bretty flavor. Notes of vinegar, but also floral. Complex. Funky. A very pleasant surprise.

Clear pale orange beer, big aery irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: artificial brett, peach, funky, citrus, some sweet malts. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet, sugary, some tannins, bitter touch, peaches, alcohol. Aftertaste: sweet, grains, bit lemony, citrus, ripe fruits, banana, spicy, some coriander. Not as funky as I had hoped for. Barrel is noticeable through the tannins.

Bottle shared at kermis’s. Batch 6. Hazy golden, thin white head. White grapes, grain, lychee, bretty horsey funky, some light vegetal bitter note. Moderate sweet and light bitter. About medium body. Soft feel. Lovely fruity & funky beer. More fruitbeerlike than saisonish.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Almost clear golden with white head. Sweaty Brett, light socks, pineapple, old wood, light herbs, white wine, soft mushroom. Light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Cloudy straw with a small white head. Aroma of light tart tropical fruit and citrus, soft brett funk, barnyard notes, herbs, light vanilla and vinous aspects. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate sour. Light medium bodied with light carbonation. [19-08-2016]

[ As De Moersleutel Wild & Funky ].Hazy medium yellow color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart malt, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, funky, spices - herbs - fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, yeast, tart, herbs - spice, funky - brett. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160819]

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Hazy cloudy pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly brett, indeed funky and a light yeasty fruitiness. Decent body, suitable low to average sized carbonation. Not bad.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Cloudy pale golden, brief head. Oaky dill aroma. Dry with light-medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Dill, marzipan, funk and citrus. Low bitterness.
