Une blonde d’inspiration tchèque, légère et facile à boire. Au nez et en bouche, une céréale prédominante laisse place à des arômes floraux et résineux, typiques du houblon Saaz. Une bière limpide, pour un esprit limpide.

Uh oh, that's A LOT of diacetyl! Weird. Not really sure why there is still some fermentation going on (it definitely doesn't seem like infection diacetyl, but mid-fermentation diacetyl rather). Maybe there's enough residual sugar, but I'd think the centrifuging would remove most of the yeast? Who knows. Anyways, it's REAL buttery.
Buttered popcorn galore, some butterscotch and sweet malt flavors that give the answer to why this thing is fermenting. It's weird, but I have grown to enjoy diacetyl. Happily finished this whole can. Some mild hop character on the side, with a buttery, honey-like maltiness. Light-bodied but not seltzer-light, such as a lot of Athletic and Go Brewing beers are.
