WOW!

Well, I'm not going to lie, I'm very displeased that they've added frickin' xanthan gum, but like the other two beers I've had from them, I greatly appreciate all the effort they put in to actually trying to make a decent f-in NA beer. The pineapple particularly seems to augment the tropical, fruity nature of the beer without being overbearing. Actually smells like there's something there, too, with malt/wheat/oat or some such sugars.
Bitterness right away sets a great stage for the beer, while oat and wheat go to work on the mouthfeel. Actual hops galore here, with big citrus, pineapple and other tropical notes. Actual depth of texture, though still only medium-bodied, but there's so much flavor and ample bitterness that it mostly suffices. I had previously put Untitled Arts' IPAs at the top, but these are better. They lack the sweetness/sugariness of UA and there's more actual hop, as well.
