Sampled at 3rd annual RI Brewfest, Aroma is bready with mild citrus. The flavor is wheat , weak bready malt profile and citrus fruits (lemons) Real light body and slightly over carbonated. I guess the one nice aspect is it light on the palate, not bad at all but I was hoping for more of the yeast to shine. I would give this another try if it was presented.

Draft at the source. Cloudy yellow color. Aroma of spiced raw sourdough bread. Taste is spiced straw, earthy and bitter.
