4 oz pour on draft at Forge. Hazy golden brown with off-white head. Aromas of floral and citrus. Tastes of floral, citrus, toasty and biscuity notes, bitter grapefruit. Medium body with a dry finish. Not malt or fruit forward, just mostly bitter notes. Pretty plain.

/32oz growler I picked up at the brewery pours a clear amber with a ring of creamy head. Nose has... well, not a whole lot; some lemon, some orange, a little caramel, some baked apple maybe? Flavor has some toffee sweetness, orange, lemon, pine, mild soap and... not much else. Lightly resinous finish. This needs to be amped up on every level.

Growler shared by maniac at the 21st Richmond Gathering, 11/1/14. Pours a hazy tan with a medium sized frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of tropical, citrus hops, citrus zest, pale malt. The taste is tropical, citrus hops, mild piney notes, pale malts. Medium bodied, decent balance. Solid beer.

Huge hops with citrus, pine and a light touch of hay. Murky maroon with good head and lacing. Very bitter finish. Nice stuff, extreme but well-balanced. Tap at brewpub.

On tap at lost dog in McLean VA. It is a cloudy apple cider color and the aroma is citrus. The taste is a bitter grapefruit which resonates bitter on the palate

Draft at the source. Poured a dark orange amber color with not a lot of a head, pretty small actually. Aroma is a lot of citrus and pine resin. Grapefruit punch, with a light sweet malt character. Malt is nice, and doesn’t overpower the beer. Dark orange color, no head. easy to drink, booze on finish.
