A mixed fermentation beer, brewed with our house cultivated wild yeasts. Moderately tart with a crisp, intensely refreshing finish. Aromas of lemon and citrusy hops. Flavour is reminiscent of fresh squeezed lemonade with a subtle, yet well balanced hop note. A tart and refreshing wheat beer brewed with oats, lemon peel and coriander. The flavour and aroma are dominated by fresh citrus notes. Beautifully balanced acidity melds with a hint of lemony hops for a crisp, ultra refreshing finish.

33cl can @ Niamey craft beer tasting, merci Richard. Dorée sur léger trouble, col blanc retombant vite. Arôme est marqué, comme sur la cannette, par des effluves de menthe - en premier, et ponctué par des notes un peu thé vert, citronné vert. Palais est léger, effervescence haute, menthe assez prononcée tout en gardant cet aspect feuille fraiche, léger citron pour une fine acidité. Côté sour kettle est plutôt en retrait.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter acetic flavor. Average light bitter acetic finish. Oily palate.

Tap at the castle in Berlin. Nose is lemon, lime, mandarin, orange. Palate is slightly sour lemon, orange, lime, clementine. Very easy going, nice.

Draft at L Mulligan Grocer. Pretty close to clear yellow color scant white head. Floral lemon aroma. Taste is tart lemon. Straightforward

330ml can from RusBeerShop in Moscow. Pours pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is lemon meringue pie, herbs, sourish. Taste is light sour, lemon sherbet, limes.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, sorrel, lemon, grass, hay, minerals, light malts, citrus peel, fresh hops, lemonbasil. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, hay, soda powder, grass, minerals, lemon, light malts, hops, citrus peel, paper. Medium bitterness, watery and slightly dry sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Nice enough, easy drinking.

Keg at GRAF. Light golden with a thin white head. Sour lemon aroma, flavour is very light, lemon sherbet.
