A mixed fermentation beer, brewed with our house cultivated wild yeasts. Moderately tart with a crisp, intensely refreshing finish. Aromas of lemon and citrusy hops. Flavour is reminiscent of fresh squeezed lemonade with a subtle, yet well balanced hop note. A tart and refreshing wheat beer brewed with oats, lemon peel and coriander. The flavour and aroma are dominated by fresh citrus notes. Beautifully balanced acidity melds with a hint of lemony hops for a crisp, ultra refreshing finish.

On tap at Haand Fest. A pale golden, lightly hazy beer with a small, dense, white head. Lemony-fruity aroma with lime notes and a vague floral touch. Grapefruit hints, some herbal notes and even a touch of tea. It's medium bodied, dry and lightly tart, with a sour lemon flavor and a bitter grapefruity hint. Not much maltyness found, at least some bready notes would have been expected. Lasting lemon-driven finish. A very interesting and rather unusual beer, quenching too. 170527

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 28C/29B). Can 33 cl - Batch unknown (BBF 22-08-18). AROMA: medium sour lemon aroma, mixed with low dried grass. APPERANCE: pale yellow and clear. low white head with low retention. FLAVOR: similar to aroma: medium sour lemon flavor with low dried grass (oxidized hops). neutral malt profile. low bitterness with sourness in place. finishes almost dry and sour. PALATE: light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a dry hopped sour where the hops are absent with hints of oxidation.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pinkish red, fairly transparent, with practically no foam. Aroma is intense of citrus and grapes, wonderful. You can smell it from far away. Body is tendentially light, with good carbonation. Taste is intensely sour and tart. Limited sweetness. Finish is nice and clean, short.

Pink(!) beer, thin white head. Smell is weirdly.... floral? Savoury? Wasn't sure what to make of it but it caught me off guard. Taste is tangy, floral, tart and a hint of the spicy ginger. Not that moreish but a brilliant, tasty palate cleanser!
