A mixed fermentation beer, brewed with our house cultivated wild yeasts. Moderately tart with a crisp, intensely refreshing finish. Aromas of lemon and citrusy hops. Flavour is reminiscent of fresh squeezed lemonade with a subtle, yet well balanced hop note. A tart and refreshing wheat beer brewed with oats, lemon peel and coriander. The flavour and aroma are dominated by fresh citrus notes. Beautifully balanced acidity melds with a hint of lemony hops for a crisp, ultra refreshing finish.

Can from BrewDog website and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. Sherbet citrus hop aroma and flavour. Some lemon. Not overly sour but a little kettle sour aroma. Flavour is better though. I liked the sherbet lemon flavour. Good mouthfeel. I liked it.

Keg at Bottle Shop. It pours hazy golden with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh, zingy, lemon parfait, lemonade, sherbet and some cream soda. The taste is crisp, clean, dry, tart, lemony, lemonade, good mouth - pucker, earth, straw, grass and yoghurt with a dry finish. Light - medium body and moderate carbonation. Rather clean and refreshing stuff. Decent.

Can from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - golden and hazy. Decent head, a touch wild looking. Nose - lemon sherbet. Lemonade. Taste - very sweet lemon sherbet. Palate - light bodied. Tangy and sweet. Could be fresher on the finish. Overall - I was hoping there'd be a more sour finish on this.

Minimal off white head soon left a collar on a thin looking, pale lemon coloured body. Sour lemon aroma. Medium bodied, negligible carbonation, thinner on the back & clean on the aft. Bitter lemon, saccharin, melon & grape tastes with a sour finish.
