Made from local apples and a little touch of Viognier from last year’s harvest, we’ve been longing to taste this ever since we saw Anders arriving with the apples at their little cellar in Valvignères late last autumn and it certainly does not disappoint.

75cl bottle, shared with Soph and Ewan in the Quarry. Misty pale yellow, very light natural carbonation. Interesting light texture on the palate, gently milky perhaps with a very subtle acidity. Unlike any other cider I've had before, very much a French wine makers cider, with additional wild floral nuances, gooseberry, pineapple, citrus, lime.. very interesting cider that really opens up and develops throughout the glass.
