Some days you want winter at noon. You want deep snow and untracked powder turns. Celebrate the magic of winter at any time of the day with Winter at Noon Dunkel. A deep mahogany-colored lager, this beer is full tasting, smooth, malty and ever so slightly sweet. All of this is balanced out by a light touch of noble hops and complex melanoidins, brought together with a traditional decoction method.

Winter at Noon is brewed in appreciation of Cole’s father, Bruce, who championed this brewery, brick by brick. We’re happy to drink to him at any time of day.

Can from Withey's Health Foods in Kalispell, MT. Pours a clear dark mahogany color with a small beige head and fair retention. No lacing. Dark malts and caramel aroma. The taste follows the nose. Sweet dark malts and sweet caramel/toffee flavors and a short finish. No bitterness. Medium-light body. Low carbonation. Overall good flavor, but a bit flat.

Draft at the Montana Brwers Fest in Missoula. Clear amber color, off white head. Aroma of toasted biscuit. Taste is bready caramel with a slightly smoky edge.
