Elegant, super balanced, rhubarb is present, but not too sharp or earthy, lovely light funk, yeasty notes are there, smooth.

MBCC: 2023 version. Light orange with small head. Aroma is loads of basement, some cheese. I have difficulty picking out the rhubarb. I can get it a little more in the mouth. Nice earthy sourness to this. Interesting.

MBCC. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, rhubarb, wood and barnyard. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 100524
