Pours unclear yellow, small white head. Scent is full, intense funk, balanced rhubarb. Nice ! Taste is full, rhubarb, intense balanced and complex acidity. Lovely blend !

Appearance: Hazy dark yellow/orange colour with a white head.
Aroma: Tart, rhubarb, sour, fruit, grapes.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.

Bottle @MBCC 2024, Blue Session. Cloudy orange, white head. Funky, fruity aroma, leather. Sour flavour, malty and fruity sweetness, leathery dryness.

Draught @ MBCC, 2024. Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Funk, rhubarb, grapes and wood. Dry and quite tasty.

MBCC: 2023 version. Light orange with small head. Aroma is loads of basement, some cheese. I have difficulty picking out the rhubarb. I can get it a little more in the mouth. Nice earthy sourness to this. Interesting.

2021 Version. Slightly hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart white grapes, brett, peach. Taste of peach, sour white grapes, brett. Refreshing.

Bottle, directly from Vermeersch. Jan 2022. Color: Hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Tart, rhubarb, earthy, rural funk. Taste: Very smooth, earthy rhubarb, some hay, oak wood, rural funk. Moderate to over moderate tart, very light bitterness. Old hop. Medium body, low carbonation. Bit creamy mouthfeel. Quite easy drinkable. Nice but not that complex.
