A well-balanced double IPA with a semisweet malt backbone & complimented with generous amounts of citrus & tropical fruit hops. Rich, delicious & rewadingly punishing.

Well, that tastes like weed. Literally like fresh cut grass, the gray thing that spreads everywhere, and marijuana.

Can. A- Citrus, milky. A- Gold color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Melon, dank, light bitterness, gummy, citrus, banana. P- Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Not what I expected at all. This felt borderline milkshake IPA rather than a DIPA. Little bitterness as the hops seems to give off more of a floral showing than anything else but that's minimal too. Surprisingly juicy and fruity with a milky lactose sense to it that just felt out of place but it worked.

12oz can. Poured a clear orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was lots of resin, pine notes - pretty flavorful citrus notes here. Flavor was the same, lots of tropical fruit notes, citrus was nice. Pine, orange juice, light resin finish. Nice!

Rich copper coloured body with a decent, two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of light malt, cereal and some funkier cardboard and a bit of a noticeable, but floral hop character - relatively strong. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong rich malt flavours up front with alcohol, syrup and candy sweetness and a pleasant but earthy hop character showing some moderate alcohol and not too much complexity. Aftertaste is a bit earthy with some sticky toffee and grains noticeable along with a touch of an alcohol bite along with some of the funkier and more assertive cereal and grainy finishes. Overall, a decent Imperial IPA that is much too grainy, cardboardie and simplistic for most. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from The Perfect Pour in Elk Ridge, Maryland on 24-February-2016 for US$2,99 sampled at home in Washington on 11-December-2016 after arriving at 03h00 from snowy Detroit.

Can. Clear golden-orange, foamy head and completely sheeting lace.  Really enjoyable fruity hop aroma, good flavor as well with a bigger malty sweetness on the backbone to accompany the hop bitterness.

12oz can. Unfiltered deep orange-copper. Thick with the specialty malts for 2016. Sweet, cloying sugariness...which I probably still like better than a dextrose or sugar-laden IIPA. Pleasant hop depth, pine, citrus, resin. OK.

Can while watching the game at Fedex Field, MD 29/11/2015 - good to see some craft beer on sale. Big grassy hops, tropical fruits, sweet caramel malts and a dry finish. Good.
