Smell of roasted malt, some chocolate. Black colour, light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, ash, some cold brew. Medium bitter. Lively carbon.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il caffè. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina grand. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso e agrumi.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Dark brown colour, thin beige head and aroma of malt, molasses, chocolate. Taste is malty, caramel, chocolate, coffee, with some earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying roasty bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

3/6/2023. Bottle shared at SBGP3. From Marek. Pours very dark brown with a small frothy off-white to beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, cocoa, nut, coffee, liquorice. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, slightly creamy, average carbonation. Much better than I expected.

Dark brown. Aroma is melasses some mushroom brown caramel light herbal touch. Taste is umami mushroom with some sweet malt and vivid carbonation. Bitter finish. Not bad.
