30/VI/25 - 33cl bottle from Marlou (Zonhoven), shared @ Marie & Christophe’s sushi dinner, BB: II/2026, lot A (2025-609)
Cloudy orange beer, lots of debris floating around under a big foamy creamy off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very oxidized, caramel, malty, a little fruity, dusty, tastes very old, bleh. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a little bitter, sweet, lots of caramel, grains, oxidized, unpleasant bitterness, meh. Aftertaste: malty, grains, oxidized, sweet, lots of caramel, a bit sourish, a hint of cola, meh.
